Naked Waiter/Butler Cocktail (of course!)

Ingredients for a Naked Waiter
3/4 oz Pernod® Licorice Liqueur
3/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® Orange Liqueur
1 oz Pineapple Juice
4 oz Bitter Lemon Soda

Mixing Instructions:
Pour everything into an ice-filled wine goblet, and garnish with a lemon wedge.

The Cosmopolitan Cocktail (made popular by Sex and the City TV series)

There are lots of variations on the Cosmopolitan. Here's our version!

Ingredients for a Cheeky Cosmo
2 measures of vodka
1 measure of Cointreau
Big squeeze of fresh lime juice
2 measures of cranberry juice

Mixing Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into chilled cocktail glasses...Yummy

Mojito Cocktail (Fab in the summer)

There are lots of different flavoured Mojitos. Mint is the classic!

Ingredients for a Mint Mojito
2 tsp sugar (liquid sugar is ideal)
6-8 fresh mint leaves
Club Soda
1 lime, halved
2 measures of light rum
Mint sprig for garnish

Mixing Instructions:
Place the sugar, mint leaves, and some club soda into a highball glass.
Muddle well to dissolve the sugar and to release the mint flavor.
Squeeze the juice from both halves of the lime into the glass.
Drop one half of the lime into the glass.
Add the rum.
Stir well.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Add the rest of the club soda.
Garnish with the mint sprig.

Apple Martini

Lots of different versions of this, sweet, sour. We have chosen sweet.

Ingredients for a sweet Apple Martini
2 measures of vodka
1 measure of green-apple schnapps.

Mixing Instructions:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into chilled cocktail glasses.

Margarita, Straight up!
Classic popular summer cocktail.

Ingredients for a neat Margarita.
1 1/2 measures of tequila.
1/2 measure of triple sec.
Dash of lime juice.
3 measures of sour mix.
Lime wedge for garnish.
Salt or sugar to rim the glass.

Mixing Instructions:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
If desired, salt or sugar the rim of a chilled margarita glass.
Pour contents, with ice, into the glass.
Garnish with the lime wedge.
